  1. I’d respectfully suggest only talking about things you know something about, Ms Bryant. This makes Mayo Clinic look foolish. You haven’t even defined intermittent fasting correctly!!

  2. And exactly what “research” has been done to give those recommendations? Not near as much that has gone into the clinics that have been around for over 100 years in other countries where fasting has CURED many chronic diseases. Fasting has also been researched here in the U.S. to show how it aids in the bodies ability to deal with chemo treatments and also aids in the destruction of cancer cells even WITHOUT chemo.

  3. Wrong, intermittent fasting is not eating for at least 12 or more hours a day which is the evening hours and over night.
