What I Eat When Intermittent Fasting My 19 Hour Fast

Sharing my macros and calories! What I eat in a day doing Intermittent fasting. I wanted to share another day of eating. Honestly I think I should have consumed more calories this day. I should have added a small protein shake and half an avocado or something. Some days I get really busy and just try to at least get my fat in for the day. Some days my diet is better but im not perfect and either is my diet. But I feel better than I have ever felt, I think I look better than I ever have and I have a healthy relationship with food and my body. Really all I can ask for. I hope this video is helpful, a lot of you ask for me to share my life and what my diet really looks like. Well here is an example. Its taken me almost a year to really get my intermittent fasting pattern down. Take your time and listen to what feeding schedule feels right for you. xo

  1. Example of my eating routine:

    6am – black coffee
    12:30 pm – big salad with olive oil, vinegar and oily fish
    2:30 pm- white coffee or tea, no sugar
    5:30 pm – ribeye steak, broccoli, spoonful of coconut oil and one large avocado
    That’s it.

    Pure water throughout the day as and when I’m thristy
