  2. Breakfast is not the most important meal of the day! Skipping breakfast and then making healthier choices when you do eat is gonna help you burn fat so quick! im in love with IF

  3. I’ve done 12-16 hour fasts and lost 30+ lbs. it really does work and fast. You feel a lot better too. I will say I do try to cut out refined sugars and a lot of pre packaged foods. So it wasn’t just fasting for me. But I feel like the fasting plays a big part in it.

  6. wow! I cant believe that Intermittent Fasting finally got coverage on mainstream media. I have been doing Intermittent Fasting for 6 months (eating One Meal A Day for the past 5 months). I lost 30 pounds in the first 2 months and I have kept it off ever since. I started at 176 pounds and I am now between 146-148, my waist went from 34″ to only 28″ its also the first time having a six pack since high school. Not only did I lose fat but I gained muscle, I feel much better physically and mentally. In the past 15 yrs I have tried every diet out there and IF is the only thing that really works for me. Its not a diet, its simply an eating schedule and lifestyle. I originally started Intermittent Fasting 16:8 (eating twice a day in an 8 hr window and fasting for the other 16 hrs). I kept reducing my eating window and by the 4th week I was down to a 4hr eating window and 20hr fasting. On the 5th week I started to only eat One Meal A Day (OMAD) and that was where I saw drastic changes. I posted 2 videos of my journey with weekly pictures of my weightloss. If anyone is interested in trying Intermittent Fasting I highly recommend it.
